Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my 1K celebration. I'm so glad you decided to click on
that link. So sit back, and don't change the Web page as though you were flipping through channels.
 I know you don't want to miss out on all the fun that this party has to offer. Now sit back, relax,
and enjoy yourself! 
About this celebration...
On the left side of this Web page, you'll notice several links that will take you to certain events.
I posted the links to make this party more convenient for people. So if you get bored reading a certain
section, feel free to use the links to skip the part that you are reading. Some of you may be tempted to
click on particular links instead of reading through the events in order.  Well that's fine, but I think
that you'll have more fun if you read the events in the order of how they appear in the list.
The content of this celebration is not intended to offend, diss, bash, flame, or provoke a user,
mod, IGN, America, etc. in any way.
Now let the show begin!  I would like to start this celebration with the User Recognitions,
formerly known as the mentions.
User Recognitions (Part 1 of 2)

I remember posting a numerous amount of crazy messages with this user. It was during the
era of Team Spam. We had a lot of fun. I enjoyed hanging out with him, and I hope to see him again on
the IGN boards.
Dillo64
Dillo has an extensive amount of knowledge on Sonic the Hedgehog; he also has exceptional
writing skills. I remember the year that he posted a Christmas fan-fic, and almost every other sentence
rhymed (or every sentence rhymed, I forgot  ). Also, I have made cameos on a few of Dillo's fan-fics;
I would get pushed into the lava just like on the Really Stupid Sonic Fanfic.
Dillo64 is one of the users on IGN who is obviously using cheat codes. This guy is on more than 200
Watched Users Lists!  So how does he do it, you say?! He probably downloaded the cheats from
escee.com.
Escee
He's another one of the funny users on this board (and probably on other forums). Although I
have never read any of his Sonic novels, I think that he is an awesome story writer. Escee is also good
at writing silly fan-fics. I believe that there are many users out there that consider him to be the Master
of the Sonic Forum.
I remember when this moderator locked a truckload of topics on the Sonic board. Some
users were not very happy about this. I think he's the mod that locked the thread called, "ask a stupid
qustion get a stupid anserw Sonic style! something fun to do if you are board." That was the one
before GelatinousEncore's topic. This mod locked threads that I thought were on-topic. I don't
remember, but I think he locked one of Dillo's holiday fan-fic threads.

This person is a really cool user who created a thread where people could ask stupid questions
about anything related to Sonic and get a stupid answer; but ultimately, the topic was locked. I really
enjoyed posting in his thread. If I'm not mistaken, this user was the first person to give me a mention.
He also changed some of the lyrics to "All Hail Shadow" (from Shadow the Hedgehog) and called it "All
Mail Shadow". I think he's a great user and I'm glad he comes to the Sonic board.
Gorton
This user is always quoting scriptures from the Bible. He is a very interesting user, in my
opinion. When he first came to the Sonic board, some of the users wondered if he was Escee or not.
invader_matt
This user made a topic called, "Shadow the Hedgehog in a Nutshell." Basically, it's a short
version of Shadow the Hedgehog in a story format. He said it wasn't supposed to be funny, just stupid,
but I thought it was hilarious (probably because I laugh at things that are not funny).
jkws
This is a really good friend of mine. He made an extremely short fan-fic called “Sonic's Date,”
which is probably the size of a small paragraph. To sum it up, two users got owned in this story, which
was the purpose of the fan-fic. Jkws wrote the story in order to get those people back for what they did
to me. Ooooooooooh!
When he became a user at IGN, I was thrilled! Unfortunately, he was permanently banned
because all three of his messages violated the Terms of Service.  Do you know what I think? I
think jkws and IGN got OWNED (no offense to IGN or jkws)! I guess the moderators were too afraid to
even attempt to mess with that kind of “ownage.” So they decided to get rid of him so that the entire
IGN Web site wouldn’t get conquered by a ten-year-old kid! Or was he older than that?
Anyway, I know he wasn't old enough to be on IGN on the year that he registered.

Knux1988
I think that Knuckles is a very good user. When ohsim had written a fan-fic and started posting
topics about it, Knux was the only person that gave him words of encouragement and really helped
him out. All of the other users posted negative comments and gave ohsim a hard time. One of the
reasons why I added Knux to my Watched Users List is because he stood out from the rest of the
users. He continued to help ohsim, in spite of other people who were being rude and kept on posting
"own" messages. Some people like to be accepted by the "crowd"; they want to "fit in." It would have
been easy for Knux1988 to join the users and assist them in posting discouraging statements; but
instead, he kept making good and positive comments to ohsim. And if you haven't noticed, Knux1988
is Knuckles the Echidna (okay…so maybe not).
Knux, you are a very cool user, and when you were helping ohsim, you were setting a good
example for all of the users on the Sonic board. I hope you will continue posting on IGN.

User Recognitions (Part 2 of 2)
ksemanr
Ksemanr is a very good friend, and I'm glad that I met him on IGN; he is an awesome user! He
is very funny, creative, friendly, artistic, and really fun to talk to.
He has a lot of potential in writing random fan fictions. At one time, he e-mailed me a few
chapters of a story he had started writing, and not only was it was hilarious, but it had really
good action scenes too! I loved the boss battles and how he used Sonic characters that are not
normally in fan-fics. I don’t think he ever finished writing the story, but he did a great job making up an
original fan-fic.
Ksemanr is excellent at working with sprites. He's been collecting and editing sprites for fan
games that he and I (and also other people) would like to make. The fan characters he created are
cool, and I think he plans on using them in fan games or fan fictions, like in the story he sent me. I
also love his sense of humor.
Almost two years ago, when users were offended by my activity thread, ksemanr spoke up for
me and I really appreciated that. In my topic, I thought it was funny the way he dissed all of them. I
really had a good laugh that day (no offense to the users who were “ultimately owned”).
Ksemanr, you have been so kind to me. Thank you for being my friend. I appreciate all the
words of encouragement you gave me when you read my fan-fics. Thank you for defending my topic.
OOOOH! You are one of the coolest people on ign.com, and I am so glad to honor you right
now.

It was probably about four years ago when this user started writing a fan-fic called Sonic the
Hedgehog: Knuckles Realization, which might be the only fan-fic I have read that doesn’t have any
comedy; it is a serious story. I really enjoyed reading this fan-fic. The author did an excellent job writing
the fight scenes, elaborating on certain aspects of the events that take place in the novel, and
creating an awesome storyline.

I remember when this person tricked a group of users into thinking that he was hit between
the legs by a puck during a hockey game. All of the users that saw Nate’s message (except for
Dillo64) believed him and started feeling sorry for him, with the exception of gizzaedge who said
something like, "I don't feel sorry for you. I laugh at you."
Nate38 started posting messages, telling the users that his crotch was badly injured and he
had to get one of his sperms removed. Ok, so that may not be exactly how it went, but he said
something like that and did a good job convincing the users. Sometime later, he posted a
message saying that it wasn't true, and one of his birthday presents was the users feeling sorry for
him.

Is it just me, or did this user really edit a locked topic? Maybe he was using special
effects. I was viewing a locked topic, and the last message at the bottom of the page was a post
that nexusninga had made. It said something like, "How did I edit a locked topic?  " I don’t
remember the name of the thread where I read this message, and I don’t think that Nexus was the
author of the topic. Maybe he hacked into IGN.

This is the second user to form a resistance against Jonathan37373737. This is exactly what
he said and how he spelled the words:

The first user to start a resistance against me was gamefreak202020, in the Really Stupid
Sonic Fanfic. He told the users to ignore my messages. I would post the URL of the page, but the
topic was deleted, even though I saved the Web pages to a floppy disk, and then I uploaded the–oops!

I had a lot of fun hanging out with this user (especially in GelatinousEncore's topic). He had
some really good questions and answers that he posted in that thread. Also, Sheldon is the creator
of a character named Ziggidy-Zoza Zoozoo McZizzozyio (or just Ziggy), and he wants to make a cartoon
called "Wrath of Ziggy."
Like ksemanr, Sheldon has his own fan club. (Well, at least he did have a club when I started
creating this 1K party last year. I’m not sure if he stills have one or not)
Sheldon, I'm glad I met you on IGN. You are a really nice user, and I hope you will stay at the
Sonic board. I also hope that you will be successful in making the cartoon; so don't give up. Do your
best, and enjoy working on it. Thank you for being kind to me.

I think it was about three years ago when this user wrote a fan-fic called The sickest Sonic
fanfic that you can/have ever read (or something like that), which was the thread where Metal_sonicx
and I started flaming each other.
Some of the users that made replies in her thread acted as if they were committing suicide
because of how..."wrong" her fan-fic was. Soni thought that Giroman was the only person that
liked her fan-fic, since he wasn't giving her bad replies or acting like he was killing himself. The truth is
that I liked the fan-fic...to a certain extent (but everyone who likes a story only likes it to an
extent, anyway). I was too embarrassed to admit that I liked it, though. I enjoyed the bizarreness of
the fan-fic; it was hilarious in my opinion, but I have a random sense of humor, which might explain
why I laugh at some things that are not funny to other people.
And last, but definitely not least...

This user can spam faster than I can tap dance! His supernatural spam abilities give him
an advantage over most of his adversaries, leaving them helpless in a battle. I also heard that he is a
very good fan-fic writer.
Keep up the good work in your novels, Darklink.
MTAILZ_556
This is the leader of Team Spam. Not only can he catch a football, but he’s also a formidable
Spam Warrior. As a matter of fact, I fought against him in a training duel at the Academy of Spam, but
he didn't know it was me, since I was dressed up as Dillo64.
Through the years, MTAILZ_556 proved that he was a worthy apprentice, and he advanced
through all of the ranks, unlike me. I downloaded every single rank from escee.com, along with the
Dillo64 costume. Ultimately, my computer imploded due to lack of memory, and I was banned from
the Ancient Tribe of Spam, which was the name of the team, long ago before every member was
banned except for MTAILZ, who eventually formed the new group that we now know as Team Spam.
The next part of this celebration is where all the fun starts. We’re going to look at an overview
of one of the most anticipated games for this summer, Escee Next-Gen.
